Bluestone Visibility

Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

Bluestone Visibility (“we”, “us”) is a Melbourne business that helps tradies show up in AI assistants. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. We aim to handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you request a free AI visibility report, we collect what you type into the form:

  • your name, business name, trade and suburb
  • your website address, if you give one
  • your phone number and email address
  • that you agreed to be contacted about your report

If you become a client, we also keep the details needed to do the work, such as access to your Google Business Profile and website, and records of what we've changed. We don't collect payment card details through this website.

How we use it

  • to prepare your free report and contact you by phone or email to go through it
  • to follow up about our services, if you're interested
  • to provide the services you sign up for, and to send your monthly reports

We don't sell your information and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

AI tools

To prepare a report we ask AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's Gemini) the kinds of questions your customers ask, and we check public information about your business, such as its name, suburb and website. We don't send your personal phone number or email address to these tools.

Where it's stored and who can see it

Your details are stored with the providers that host this website and its database, which may store data outside Australia (for example in the United States). Only Bluestone Visibility can access your request. We only share your information with service providers who help us run the business, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep report requests for as long as they're useful for following up, and client records for as long as we need them for the work and our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do so, contact us using the details on this website. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
