These terms apply to this website and to the free AI visibility report offered by Bluestone Visibility (“we”, “us”), based in Melbourne, Victoria. By using the site you agree to them.

The free report

• The report is free and you're under no obligation to buy anything.
• It shows what AI assistants said when we asked them a set of questions at a particular time. AI answers change often, so results can differ from day to day and from person to person.
• The report is general information to help you understand where you stand, not a guarantee of anything.

Our services

If you become a client, the work is covered by a separate written agreement. Our standard prices are a $1,000 one-off setup fee and $390 per month, with no lock-in: you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Founding client pricing has its own terms, including a 3-month minimum, which we'll confirm with you in writing.

No guaranteed results

No one controls what AI assistants say. We work to improve how visible your business is to them and we report on it every month, but we can't guarantee any particular ranking, mention or number of enquiries.

Using this website

• Please don't misuse the site, submit false details, or try to disrupt it.
• The content, design and logo on this site belong to Bluestone Visibility. Example reports and AI answers on the site are illustrations, and the businesses named in them are made up unless we say otherwise.
• We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it may occasionally contain errors or be offline.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the website or the free report.
